Description
This full-year honors level US Government class prepares students for the AP exam.
Over 250 multimedia tutorials provide dozens of hours of instructional material. Instead of reading dense chunks of text from a printed book, students watch video lectures filled with illustrations, examples, and even humor.
There are hundreds of exercise items with explanations. Each video topic has corresponding exercises to test your understanding.
Course topics include: Constitutional Principles; Civil Liberties and Civil Rights; People and Politics; Choosing Representatives; Political Institutions; Public Policy; Toward a Changing Democracy; Appendix: Key Supreme Court Cases.
Students receive simulated AP tests to prepare them to succeed in the May AP exam.
