MyMelamed Enrichment Program Registration Form

Welcome to MyMelamed Enrichment at Melamed Academy.

This registration form is designated for students entering the following programs:

• MyMelamed Elementary school enrichment program for Reading and Math
• MyMelamed GED prep

A Melamed Kosher Chromebook can also be ordered with this form.

After you complete the form, please allow a day for processing and a Melamed Academy representative will contact you with the course information.
